Allison Cannady-Smith

Allison Cannady-Smith is the Founder and Chief Coaching Officer at Cannady Smith & Associates. She is a CTI-trained coach whose life's work has been about helping individuals and organizations do more good in the world. She has over 30 years of experience building (and helping others to build) strong teams in a variety of spaces, including higher education, healthcare, faith-based organizations, and other groups of creative and driven individuals who do good in the world. A breast cancer survivor, Allison is also an 18-year breast cancer survivor and fierce warrior in the fight for health equity.

Allison Cannady-Smith graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, majoring in Entrepreneurial Management and Decision Sciences. She also holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Seattle University.

In addition to running Cannady Smith & Associates, Allison (also known as Rev. Allison) is the lead pastor of Shorter Community AME Church in Denver, Colorado. She and her husband and co-founder, Greg, are the proud parents of two adult children and one precious grandson.
